1. Classic white
There is no kitchen color that is more popular or more permanent than white. It serves as an empty canvas, reflects light well, combines with every color scheme and complements all design styles. Emily Kantz, Color Marketing Manager at Sherwin-Williams, says that the top interior of the brand of the brand year after year and its most popular white is pure white. Kantz describes it as a “timeless crowd favorite”, which thanks to its light yellow undertone, which is extremely versatile. “It is the perfect mix of cool and creamy that acts as a neutral basic color for every kitchen, regardless of whether you lean clean and crispy or add strong colors,” she says.
To prevent a strong and sterile appearance, use Erika Woelel, Behrs VP of Color and Creative Services, and choose a soft white shade like Swiss coffee. “It fits wonderfully with wooden tones, stone slabs, stainless steel and both strong and neutral cabinet colors,” she says. The gentle off-white color has a subtle yellow undertone that creates an inviting atmosphere that is perfect for the heart of the house. “Its versatility and ability to highlight accent colors makes it a popular choice for kitchens and gives the houses a bright but cozy touch everywhere.” Woelel adds.
A white color also serves as a neutral basis for seasonal decor and constantly changing decor trends. “White simply makes it to change your kitchen aesthetics, be it every few years or for seasonal decor – you can throw in color pops with your kitchen appliances or with your art without worrying about the collision,” says Ashley McCollum, Glidden color paint experts. Your favorite shade is Glidden's delicate white, which is also the most popular white color of the brand. “With white walls, their colorful kitchen and decor really emerges. It's all about presenting their personality without overwhelming the room,” says McCollum.
2. Slight warm network
According to Hannah Yeo, Senior Manager for Color Marketing at Benjamin Moore, Light Warm Neutral, a timeless kitchen base food. Your choice is pale oak, a versatile neutral with warm gray under tones that cause a cozy but luxurious feeling. It goes well with a variety of different cabinet colors as well as worktop and back splash materials. “With its adaptable character, you can create a sophisticated kitchen or bring brave personality through lively accent colors,” says Yeo. It adds that the color is a good choice for open-Concept layouts because it seamlessly integrates several rooms and generates a smooth color flow.
Before you choose a kitchen wall color, take the color of the cupboards into account. “If the most popular kitchen cupboard paint has a white color, wall colors can expand into a variety of colors that harmonize well with cupboards and other materials such as natural wood, stone cleaning functions or lighting,” says Sue Kim, director of color marketing at Valpar. She suggests another bright, warm neutral: Valspar's heir gray. This transition shade for transition light is a timeless color that offers just enough contrast to white cupboards and at the same time complements the natural materials in the room.
3. Say Green
“For those who want to introduce subtle color while keeping a timeless palette, a cool sage green like the branch sage is an ideal couple,” says Kim. If you want to give a touch of color, warmth and personality without overwhelming the room, a green shade inspired by nature is a nice choice. “In today's multifunctional kitchens in which families cook, work, gather, gathering and entertaining, Zweig from Sage brings a grounded, welcome energy that compensate for the continued simplicity of the white,” says Kim. It does not lean too warm or too cool and leads timeless sophistication that immediately increases your kitchen.
