Champagne Point on the banks of the Washington lake Washington near Seattle was reinterpreted and used for a growing family indoors and outdoors.
The design uses its rare setting on the lake shore and leads to seamless transitions between interiors and expansive amenities outdoors.
The renovation introduced a third stage and several decks to achieve 1,321 square foot to capture the panoramic view of Lake Washington and Mount Rainier Beyond.
Thoughtful design elements, including covered patos, an integrated shower outdoors and direct access to a rare, grandffork dock, invite you to enjoyment all year round and mix luxury with functionality.
The result is a left home that was made for entertainment, relaxation and daily relaxation. Each outdoor feature was deliberately developed to complement the Mediterranean architecture of the house and at the same time to meet the family's wish for versatility, durability and beauty.
This project is more than a renovation and represents a complete change in the lifestyle – a deeply with the water, the natural environment and the rhythm of the LakeFront Living.
