Boerne ISD approves balanced budget, plans for the tax rate selection
The budget for the 2025-26 financial year was approved by June 16 by the Boerne ISD-Freuhänder. Approved unanimously, the budget has no expected surplus or deficiency this year.
However, the district intends to pursue the elections on the tax rate development of the first voters in November, which will help support the salaries of teachers and to provide funds for capital improvements outside of bonds and other financing mechanisms.
