6604 Delilah Road in EGG Harbor Township – with kind permission: Wolf commercial real estate

A piece of a flex industry in EGG Harbor Township changed the owner as part of a newly announced condominium sales of Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
According to a press release, the space in the 6604 Delilah Road extends over 1,846 square meters and includes a garage with two bays. The buyer, national restoration, will use the site to create a presence in the Atlantic County area that benefits from a place near Garden State Parkway, the Atlantic City Expressway, the Black Horse Pike and other corridors.
The Senior consultant from WCRE, John Mazurie, represented the seller RLM Ventures, while Vice President Ryan Barikian represented the buyer. The terms were not announced.
