Sundance temporarily closes the remodeling of the retail surfaces on the Southlake Town Square

Sundance, an eclectic jewelry and accessories business, has an updated place on the Southlake Town Square this spring.

The retail business has temporarily closed and will be demolished on March 3 to revise its interior. The conversion consists of new drywall, HLK system, electrical system, sanitary, an updated sprinkler system, fresh color and new floors, as can be made from registration with the Texas Department of License and Regulation.

The costs for the renovation of the 3,863 square meter business are $ 400,000 and are privately financed according to the submission.
