From June 28th to July 4th of this year, the organization will now support the residents of Graves County, which benefits from house improvements outdoors such as painting, decks, wheelchair ramps, siding, landscape design and much more.

Together with the long-term recovery group from Mayfield Graves County, the Graves County Baptist Association will coordinate the local efforts of Kentucky Changers. They will monitor around 200 volunteers from all over Kentucky, whereby the Baptist Association provides the necessary materials for homeowners and some repairs in the church in its area of responsibility.

Mike Jones, the mission strategist of the Graves County Baptist Association, said the endeavor was a non -profit opportunity to re -stabilize a vulnerable community. Without income requirements, he said that Kentucky Changers contribute to continuing relaxation in the region and at the same time expanded his support.

Jones said that Kentucky Changer's applicant will take into account the urgency of the needs, like the older population group, encountering difficulties in maintaining homes. He said the group would also measure whether the project is compatible with the one -week time frame, and adds that only one roof repair with the number of volunteers can be realized.

Jones said that Kentucky Changers is very productive in the summer season and optimized his approach to achieve the greatest effect.
