Blue Point Capital Partners has invested an investment in restoration systems, a provider of repair and restoration services based in Minneapolis for building facades and parking parts. No financial conditions have been disclosed.

The investment was used to recapitalize RSI.

The services of RSI include bricks and stone repairs, tuckposint, waterproof, concrete repair, traffic coating and repair services according to the voltage cable in the middle west.

RSI owner and President Blake Drone will remain in his leadership role.

“RSI is an exciting addition to our former and current portfolio of family-run field service companies,” said Blue Point partner Brian Castleberry in a statement. “Blake and his team have built up an impressive and scalable platform, and we are prepared to support their persistent growth and success with more add-on acquisitions, new members of the team and investments in new locations, equipment and technology.”

K&L Gates served as the lawyer of Blue Point on the Transaction and Stout acted as the company's financial and tax advisor. Northborne Partners served as Sell-Side-side consultant from RSI.

Restoration systems Inc. was founded in 1997.
