The occupiers limit the repairs to Siverskodonetsk and Bakhmut without military approval

In the temporarily occupied cities of Siverskodonetsk and Bakhmut, homeowners are forbidden to carry out repair work without permission of the military commander's office.

According to the Ukrinform, the residents cite a telegram post from the yellow tapes in these areas, e.g.

The occupiers put on stricter restrictions on buildings near streets and on higher soils.

The residents report that the Russian armed forces fear that renovated structures could be used as observation centers.
