Troon and his Realfood Hospitality, Strategy & Design department began to pursue in January 2025, six months before the opening – the consulting services for food and drinks before they went to complete golf operation and F&B management contract a few months later. The 27 hectare entertainment complex opened its big opening on Monday, June 16,THIn Bossier City, introduced to a new era of social golf.
Chasing Aces is a state-of-the-art facility that combines traditional Gulf with funny social elements-from lively bars and terraces to pop-up restaurants through local chefs that make it a point of contact for families, friends and corporate groups. The complex includes a multi-stage driving activity with 30 flying shafts, the Homerun-Dugout ™ drying cages, an 18-hole-LED putting zone and a beautifully designed par 3-course.
Just as important as the entertainment aspect and chasing aces offers guests an increased meal experience. From funny starters such as the Nacho average Nachos, Bang Bang Shrimp and Puttzle Bites to delicious flatbread and handhelds, which include the bunker Q -Sandwich, the winner and the chicken winner basket. A selection of delicious salads and sweet delicacies rounds off the extensive menu with food, while the bar is fully equipped with spirits, beers, lemonades, Seltzers and zero -density potions.
