Fargo-Die Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks have filed a lawsuit for a lighting company for breach of contract and several other counts for lights that should be installed in the Newman Outdoor Field.

The lawsuit was submitted on Wednesday, August 20, and states that the Redhawks and Fargo Baseball LLC are looking for more than 230,000 US dollars to restore funds.

Court documents list several defendants, including Midstream Lighting Holding Inc. (Midstream Holding); Midstream Lighting Inc. (Midstream US), Athletic Lighting Solutions Inc. (ALS) and some people who are connected to these companies.

According to the court documents, the Redhawks paid an invoice for $ 235,305.44 in November and agreed to pay 50% of the total project costs in advance according to the agreement.

The President and CEO of Redhawks, Brad Thom, declined to comment on the submission of the judicial report on Wednesday evening.
