Belhaven Town Storn Plits Plan Civic Center restoration

Belhaven, Beaufort County, NC (Witn) – Since the beginning of its construction companies in 2018, the CEO of Kingdom Builder's Associates, Kewuan Brewington, had a heart for giving the community, and what better place is there for its hometown Belhaven?

“I was born from here, so I said, Hey, I'll be back to my hometown to give him something of the love of this kingdom,” says Brewington.

His project is to restore the historic Belhaven Civic Center, which was built according to Brewington in 1937 and held the first school for African Americans.

“Everything was separated in those days, so that the Belhaven High School actually ate lunch here, so it has a very rich story,” says Brewington.

According to the local business owner Sage Okamoto, the restoration of historical buildings will bring growth and opportunities for Belhaven.

“It is also an additional event room for our community and it is just a center for many memories for many people who grew up in Belhaven,” says Okamoto.

As far as Brewington is concerned, when he is on the growing up experiences, he would not act against anything.

“Because if you are in something you can't really see, but if you go outside, you can really appreciate how wow, I lived here,” he says.

The Brewington Construction Company, Kingdom Builders Associates, is based in Greensboro and services for areas.
