COTALITY has launched Property Vision, a new platform for domestic inspection that uses the company's analysis and real-time data as well as the latest artificial intelligence to help house inspectors create quality reports.
Real estate vision marks the first excursion from Cotality to the Home Inspector Industry. It is also the next step in the company's mission to combine real estate experts and to enable more intelligent decisions in the entire real estate life cycle.
The most important characteristics of the property vision include the following:
- Mobile-First Inspection app with voice navigation and image analysis, with which inspectors can take the reports efficiently and at the same time maintain their preferred workflow.
- 360 Real estate data integration, enable the automatic population of important house details such as room counts, building materials and weather conditions – to save time and improve the accuracy.
- Image analysis that automatically mark and organize photos when the inspectors go through the house reduce manual efforts and minimize errors.
