Increased fitness
The Amped Fitness gym now serves the spring area. At the studio, guests have access to a range of amenities including virtual HydroMassage group classes and women-only areas.
Advance Auto Parts
Advance Auto Parts now operates a new location in Spring on Rayford Road, making it the company's sixth location in the Spring area. The chain sells auto parts and accessories, including car batteries, oil filters and brake pads, as well as automotive fluids and tools.
Authentic Cutz
Authentic Cutz Barber Shop officials confirmed the barbershop is now offering spring haircut services. Services can be booked online and include haircuts, beard trims and towel shaves, updos and children's haircuts.
HI POT Hot Pot & BBQ
HI POT Hot Pot & BBQ is now open along Kuykendahl Road, serving sizzling all-you-can-eat meat, seafood and vegan dishes. According to social media, the restaurant opened to the community with a soft opening celebration in mid-September. The company also offers various milk and fruit teas as well as ice cream shakes.
In A Pickle Co.
Pickle enthusiasts can visit the all-in-one pickle experience, now open in Old Town Spring. Guests can choose from local and viral pickle brands, purchase pickle goods, sample pickle margaritas and even lemonade.

Small sliders
Smalls Sliders, a cheeseburger slider and shake restaurant, opened its fourth location in Texas on September 16, store officials confirmed in a news release. Smalls Sliders' menu features made-to-order cheeseburger sliders, fries, shakes and queso.
Storyteller's thread
A needlepoint, hand embroidery, cross stitch and arts and crafts enthusiasts in Old Town Spring are now open for a needlepoint and fiber arts store.
Experienced builders
According to the company website, Veteran Builders provides construction services to both residential and commercial customers in Spring, Tomball, Woodlands, Conroe, Cypress and surrounding areas. Customers can request services such as roofing, office and retail remodeling, repairs and custom home construction.
Basic performance
Base Power, an Austin-based energy company founded in 2023, officially launched in Houston on Sept. 24, according to a press release. Base Power provides battery-powered home energy, a power source that can keep Texans powered when power lines go down or the grid fails.

Quick quack car wash
Quick Quack is a nationwide car wash company with over 300 locations, according to its website. The car wash offers triple foam wash, tire shine and a ceramic coating that provides durable, bonded protection from rain, dirt, pollen and UV rays.
Terlingua's Tex-Mex Garage
Terlingua's Tex-Mex Garage plans to offer Tex-Mex from fajitas to enchiladas, as well as margaritas and specialty cocktails, officials said. After the soft opening, officials said the restaurant plans to hold a grand opening event with several special offers.
ANNIVERSARY
Cupcake quilts
According to owner Stacie Johnson, Cupcake Quilts is celebrating its 10th year in the Spring area. The Spring Fabric and Quilt Shop offers classes, an annual sewing camp, fabrics from traditional to contemporary, and quilting and sewing supplies. According to the website, the shop also offers accessories and wood applique kits.

Elm flooring and remodeling
Professional home renovation and flooring services company Empire Flooring & Remodeling is now called Elm Flooring & Remodeling. The business still offers home renovation services, such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, hardwood and luxury vinyl floor installation, and custom cabinets and countertops, according to the owners.
Palladium Houston Ella
Officials at Palladium Houston Ella, a $35 million mixed-income housing project in northeast Houston, hosted a grand opening event on Sept. 25 with residents and county stakeholders. The complex is a public-private partnership with the Harris County Housing Finance Corporation and was fully leased at least two months prior to opening, according to a Sept. 26 news release.
CLOSED
Salad and go
Salad and Go officials confirmed via email that the salad chain will close all Houston locations by Sept. 19 and will continue to operate stores in the Dallas area. Salad and Go is a drive-thru fast food chain that offers affordable salads and wraps.
