Zags Home Services announces the acquisition of Michigan Home Restoration, strengthening operations in the Detroit metropolitan area
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich, November 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ – Zags Home Services (“ZHS”), the parent company of American Standard Roofing (based in Farmington Hills, MI) and Zags Roofing (Chicago, IL), today announced the acquisition of Michigan Home Restoration (“MHR”), a respected, family-owned roofing and restoration company in the Detroit area.
The acquisition solidifies Zags Home Services' roots in Southeast Michigan and expands its capacity to provide quality roofing and exterior services to homeowners throughout the region. Founded and operated by Timothy BullsMichigan Home Restoration has built a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability and personal service – values that closely align with ZHS' customer-focused philosophy.
