2024 – what a year that was! Coming in at number 10 on our list is this $68 million Lake Minnetonka residence that not only broke real estate records for the state of Minnesota, but also topped the charts on our website for three months in a row. 9. Tara Cain Design & wb builders' Exquisite Edina Tudor

The exterior architecture of this traditional Tudor home was well received by our audience earlier this year, earning it the ninth spot on our list. Sustainability was key to building this industrial-modern retreat. In fact, the homeowners encouraged the creative reuse of materials from the original structure. Seventh place goes to The Expert Top 40 list, selected based on the 20% of most booked and reviewed interior design experts in 2023.
