This house in Philadelphia is an example of historical and modern parts and is an example of how thoughtful design of a famous past can give new life. For 8.4 million US dollars with Lavinia Smerconish of Compass -a reduction of 1.1 million US dollars compared to its original price of 9.5 million dollars in 2024 -a corner house from 1863 near Rittenhouse Square was carefully restored, and the architecture of the Blenders with a contemporary flair. The house is recognized in the Philadelphia register of historical places and honors its roots of the 19th century and accepts an aesthetics that feels undeniably up to date.
The property last changed the owner for $ 2.5 million in 2014 before he had completed a multi-year recovery in 2019.
