The latest developments in forklifts, intelligent storage, automation systems and facility logistics were on display Oct. 1 at Andersen Material Handling's Eastern Michigan Open House, held at the company's 32,000-square-foot (2,973-square-meter) Power Center in Walled Lake.

Partner products showcased at the open house included Raymond lithium battery forklifts, Integrated Systems Design automated storage and retrieval systems, the Kardex Remstar vertical lift module for automated storage and Raymond's Virtual Reality Simulator, used to train forklift operators. Andersen also offers equipment rentals and offers Raymond Lean Management consulting – derived from the principles of the Toyota Production System – to help customers improve processes, reduce manufacturing costs and increase productivity.
