After almost two years of renovation work, Andy Lee sent a first look at his future house in Melbourne.
And as you can see in the video above, the finished color could surprise you.
The hundred The host and fiancee Bec Harding Build a new house that connects under the underground with a 150-year cultural heritage.
Andy went on Instagram and tried to explain what to achieve.
“Many people asked what the hell we do with this house, and it's a really good question,” he started. “I was also wondering.”

For the first time, the star shared a video of the final renders, including the unique finish that he selected to dress up the back of her new build.
“I decided to dress the newer build with an oxidized copper like the statue of Liberty, so it's a kind of greeny blue,” he revealed.
“It will feel a lot more warmth and hopefully disappear in the sky,” as you can see in the digital render.

“So that's what you see when you look back from the Heritage House,” he said. “From the river side you hope that you want to achieve what I think is as magic.”
“I mean, you did it. You hit the point that we want to enjoy the old honor and the new and because she just lost her marbles when she saw that.”
Andy revealed that the historical house will proudly sit by itself and be restored, while the new structure will be your home and the views of the river will be overlooked.

And although there is no exact date when we bring this build to life, Andy and his team are hopeful November 2026.

Immediately out of the mouth of the builders, they said before: “We have a bet with Andy that he will bring us to the Melbourne Cup if we will end until August-September [next year]. “
“By Melbourne Cup Day 2026,” said Andy's site manager Luke. “If he can come into the house with the Melbourne Cup 2026, he will pick us up in a boat on the river and we will go to the races.”

After buying the house for 8.5 million US dollars in 2021, Andy and BEC officially started with the fans with the parts of the restoration process in November 2023.
During this time, the construction team carried out demolition work and excavations and even started in the room in which Andy will have his own golf simulator.
It is undoubtedly a very special place for the couple, in which Andy even suggests being at home at home in May 2024.
