Opus announced the completion of Cogir from Boomfield, a three-story, 165-in-unit-senior development in the 4275 West 121st Avenue in Boomfield, Colorado. New residents will move in early June 2025.

The Senior Living Community offers a continuum of residential and care decisions so that residents can age on the spot, including independent residential, assisted living and memory care with programming that should improve the lifestyle of their residents. The development is a joint venture between Opus and Cogir Senior Living. Cogir currently operates four other managing communities in Colorado.

Cogir of Boomfield is halfway between Denver and Boulder with convenient access to the Interstate 25. The place brings the equipment to the Dynamic Boomfield district and offers residents the opportunity to access the health system with simple access to transport, retail, restaurants, healthcare and trail systems, including a walking path, with an easy access to the health system remain.

Opus was a developer, design builder, architect and civil engineer from Record. The interior design was Thoma-Holc design.
