Orlando, Florida-Del-Air Plumbing, air conditioning and electrics are expanding its service area in the northeastern corridor of Florida with the acquisition of McGowan's heating and air conditioning. This is the seventh acquisition of DEL-AIR in the past 14 months.
With this latest acquisition, DEL-AIR will expand its service area in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Flagler and St. Johns Counties. These include the cities of Atlantic Beach, St. Johns, Callahan, Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville, Green Cove Springs, Orange Park, Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, St. Augustine and Starke.

McGowan's heating and air conditioning has been offering heating and air conditioning for the municipality of Jacksonville for almost 50 years. The company with several generations offers a variety of services, including loft insulation, commercial HLK installation and repair, sewer cleaning, upgrades for air quality (IAQ) in indoor air quality and HLK services for residential buildings. McGowan's is now working as a DEL-Air.
