The plan aims to combine citizens with local public renovation services in order to modernize old apartment buildings
Residents of the Dordogne Périgord area of France (Nouvelle-Aquitaine) can soon benefit from additional support for the renovation of older houses in order to be more environmentally friendly and age-friendly.
Department authorities Started the territorial pact of Dordogne-PérigordPart of the National Housing Agency L'Gence Nationale de L'Habitat (Anah), on April 17th.
The aim is to support all residents who work at these types of projects in the 13 municipalities to which the pact applies (regardless of technically, ecological and/or financially) accessible, impartial and free.
The Agreement states:
-
The aim of the project is to combine citizens with the renovation service of the public housing construction, the public public de la rénovation de l'abitat (Sprh).
-
The support is impartial and free
-
This should ensure that the residents are not captured by fraudsters or unscrupulous companies
