Since 2005, Guildquality, a company based in Atlanta for customer satisfaction in Atlanta, has powered the Guildmaster Award to recognize and celebrate the home building, the conversion and the contractual experts that demonstrate the highest customer service in the USA and Canada.
Of almost 2,000 authorized applicants, Dreamkers is one of more than 400 companies within the residential building industry, which were recognized by guild quality in order to ensure consistently superior customer care.
When it comes to determining which companies had received the Guildmaster Award 2025, guild quality checked thousands of survey response, which were submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates, and took into account two main metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who indicate that they would recommend the business to a friend and the customer who answered.
Dreammaker received a recommendation rate of 90% or higher compared to her customers surveyed by guild quality.
