G3 Systems Limited has received a large new contract for the delivery of the Dutch Ministry of Defense with 700 flat tracks and containers as part of their Wissellaad systems, Trekker -oleklebgercombinaties and Wielbergingsvoertuigen (WTB) program.
The contract has € 100 million and consists of a 30-month delivery phase, followed by a 15-year support phase.
The Netherlands WTB program has 3 different element trucks, trailers and partners and physical distribution systems. The contract for flat tracks and containers is the largest of 3 separate parts for the physical distribution systems. The G3 system contract is for the provision of over 400 flattrack units and associated devices as well as 270 special containers for storing and transporting general shops, medical objects, ammunition, pole & chemicals. The container subsystems include electricity generation, HLK-CBRN filtration, medical cooling and equipment and monitoring of devices. There is also a contract option to increase the units delivered as part of the initial contract by up to 100%. Both the flat tracks and the containers may be used worldwide by all means of transport.
The project shows the real cooperation with the established global supply chain of G3 Systems, whereby a large part of the integration of European manufacturing partners in connection with the management, project experts, design and support services from G3 Systems being completed.
