Tips for improving the house: Bad Remodel gives the home added value
Real estate experts admit that updated bathrooms are essential considerations in resale.
- The EXPO has local providers that offer a variety of services and products to improve their homes.
- The participants can be inspired and talk to experts about lawn care.
- The event will also offer a kindergarten created by Penn State Master Gardeners.
After spring officially begins on March 20 from March 20, Erie's homeowners probably think about thinking about their next home or farm improvement plan.
The Erie Home and Garden Expo may offer these projects helping hand.
The exhibition will take place from March 21 to 23 in the Bayfront Convention Center in the 1 Sassafras St.
What is in stock for this year's show?
“This year we have many great exhibits, more stands than before. We are pretty much back on a pre-Kovid event,” said Mark Concilla, President of Erie Promotions. “There are many providers who offer products and services for houses and help to beautify the meters.”
During the show, the landscape in the landscape will hold an advertising gift for the patio and Erie promotions will give away a natural gas fire pit.
In addition to landscapes and providers of homes, the show will include a kindergarten created by Gärtnern by Penn State Master.
The garden will be interactive and give the children the opportunity to learn something over water and how it benefits the environment.
Put your lawn care issues on the Expo to a landscape designer
After a hard winter, some people from Erie focus on improving their courtyards and landscape design.
This show contains several landscaping providers such as Dahlkemper Landscape Architects & Contractors.
“We want to stay ahead of the game, so let's take a look at what the trends for landscape design are with which this show helps,” said Dave Marino, owner and president of Dahlkemper. “There will be a lot of opportunity to see what can be done with landscape design during the show.”
Marino said he took advantage of interests for lighting outdoors, the update of plants, butterfly garden and things that are more traditional for 2025.
Get ideas for your home improvement plans
The house and garden show is also an opportunity for homeowners to plan and carry out their next home improvement plan.
The show offers exhibits from local and regional providers that offer services related to house improvement, interior, kitchen, bathroom and even roof support.
“We show every kind of window that we do here in Erie,” said Paul Komorowski, Managing Director of Erie's resident Seaway Windows. “We have sales employees at hand and the person with whom they would speak on the show would be the person who would come to their home and offer service. We would like to establish a little connection and relationship. The majority of our sellers have worked for over 15 years and is extremely expert.”
