The Independent Housebuilder Dandara has announced a selection of EPC ratings from “B” houses, which can be bought in his Golwg Gwendraeth and Sant Silian Developments in Wales via the Green Mortgage system.
A green mortgage offers buyers reduced interest rates or incentives if it can be proven that the house is energy -efficient or has environmentally friendly functions.
The collection of two, three and four bedrooms in the Golwg Gwendraeth in Carway and Sant Silian in Cardiff offers houses for a wide range of buyers, from first, second step to larger families.
Sara Taylor, sales manager at Dandara Wales, says: “With increasing energy costs and increasing demands for climate awareness, buying an energy -efficient house can be an enormous investment for buyers.”
“Our houses at Sant Silian and Golwg Gwendraeth offer buyers the opportunity to harvest the rewards of an energy -efficient house and to receive further services by buying a green mortgage.”
Diane Gwyther, director at Cascade Mortgages, adds: “For buyers who want to buy a house, we recommend that you deal with the selection of available environmentally friendly mortgage options.”
“While the savings for the mortgage price itself appear smaller than expected, the long -term advantages of buying an energy -efficient property will undoubtedly be worth the decision.” A selection of two, three and four bedroom houses is currently available from GolwG Gwendraeth. The prices start at £ 149,995. A range of three and four bedrooms from 299,995 GBP are available from Sant Silian.
