I was in a tiny home that I found in Airbnb for two nights, and now I want to live in a full -time.

I had never stayed in a tiny home and thought I would feel limited in a 250 square meter house.

The impressive room -saving hacks and the lush outdoor area of the house gave me.
“Hopefully it looks smaller than inside,” I thought when I went to the front door of my house for the next two nights.
In 2021 I made a trip to Miami and stayed in a 250 square meter tiny house, which I found on Airbnb for about $ 100 a night.
It was my first time that I was in one and I thought I would find the room uncomfortably small for more than a few nights. But the tiny house in a Queensize bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, decor and storage space packed without feeling cramped.
I also thought that tiny houses were only for minimalists. However, the liberal use of color, unique storage rooms and wall decoration with mixed media made it inviting without being overloaded.
I never thought I would say that – but now I can imagine that I live tiny.
The tiny house had a private entrance in the side courtyard and felt hidden from plants.

My Airbnb is in the lush backyard of a house in full size and, according to the list, was hidden under 100-year-old oaks.
When I arrived, I imagined that I worked and thought in the series of plants that this outdoor area made the tiny home appear worth living.
To the right of the front door, the bedroom had a queen-size mattress and a frame.

I was surprised to find a queensize bed in such a small room. But I realized that I didn't have to get a smaller mattress to live in a tiny home – as long as I was wise to use the remaining space.
There was a table next to the bedroom and I thought it was wise to put the owner to put boxes on the walls for more storage space.

The table also doubled as a warehouse shelf. I kept my things here to feel at home during my stay.
The kitchen had a refrigerator, a toaster oven, a wash basin in full size and a counter room on the left.

A barn door led past the kitchen past the bathroom, which I thought was a smart way to save the room that a swinging door would take.
The bathroom had more storage and decor everywhere on the walls.

In addition to the shower, a storage cabinet had a curtain rather than a door that I looked better while I saved more space.
After a meal and a shower, I relaxed on the bed and thought: “Yes, I could live like this somewhere.”

In the morning my feelings were confirmed when I saw all the natural light through the windows.
