The State Immigration Act protects civil law right
I always had the feeling that I could certainly share my opinions, regardless of whether it is about the Capitol and writes opinions in the newspaper or Member of groups who support various problems.
I now know that this is no longer quite true.
Every day we see that ice cream not only focuses on immigrants where they have actual information they have a committed a crime. We see immigrants who are here with the permission of the United States and are on the way to citizenship that they have earned through the contribution to our economy, and our communities are arrested and deported.
We even see that US citizens and foreign visitors are arrested by ice without information that would justify this damage. Some have been recorded in uncertain detention centers for weeks.
ICE has many ways to find your personal data against you or others. Therefore, we have to protect the personal information of all in any legal way we can.
Colorado Senate Bill 25–276 does that.
It does not prevent access to ICE in information in which there is a legal basis, e.g. B. an arrest warrant signed by a judge.
It protects information in places such as childcare centers, schools, etc. in which illegal and immoral methods are likely to destroy children's lives. As soon as you have access to the personal data of some people, you have access to many more.
I strongly encourage our state representatives and senators to affirm themselves for this draft law and for governor Polis. Who was One of the strongest congress members of the immigrant to sign the legislation.
In contrast to the detention and persecution of people without proper procedures, this legislation supports the fourth, fifth sixth place And Ninth Changes for the US constitution.

A lack of modesty should be weakened
Like most, I am satisfied with the new success of the Cu football program under Deion Sanders. With this new program under Sanders, it seems to be excessive pride or admiration of one's own appearance or success. I am worried about the constantly increasing lack of modesty among the trainers and players. All golden chains with diamonds and shirts with large signs are quite uncomfortable in these harder political and economic times. Maybe that can be weakened a bit?

The congress should not remove the tax credit of 25c
Rep. Evans should defend the federal tax credit that lowers energy consumption and supports small companies like Mine.
I am a partner in a small company that installs heat pumps in the front area. We employ 10 people to help families replace their old heating systems with modern, all-electric, cold climate heat pumps. These are remarkable systems that use houses and cool houses with far less energy than typical systems.
Our customers used the tax credit 25c energy -efficient house improvement to improve their HLK. The HLK industry in residential areas has also benefited. Manufacturers have built up more efficient and more effective systems. Business owners also invest in tools, training courses and supplies to meet the growing demand. The 25c tax credit has positively influenced our growth of 1 employees of up to 10 employees and helped hundreds of customers with long -term improvements at home. A burdened workforce, stronger small companies and more efficient houses lead to a more reliable and trustworthy industry.
It would be a big mistake for the congress to put this tax credit on the minced clutch block. These tax credits are not about politics, but about improving the technology and the support of small companies. Tax credits benefit those who work hard every day and are looking for legitimate possibilities to invest in the quality and function of their houses.
By removing the 25c control credit, fewer options for homeowners, higher long-term energy costs and lost options for hard-working contractors such as us would mean. If 25c disappear, this would also be a large part of our business. I appreciate the MEP Evans for the signing of the latest letter in which these loans are defended, and hope that his leadership will continue to continue when protecting 25c.
