Reddit has pages for almost every affinity and interest, and R/Tinyhouses is a place where people share their ideas and dreams and seek advice on these mini apartments.
In a post on the page, a couple shared a carousel of about half a dozen photos of their new house. They seem to have bought a small property where the house now lives.

The photos show both the interior and outside of this charming and tiny building. The couple also explained that it was not cheap, but it was much more affordable than a traditional home: “It was all less than 100,000 US dollars without counting the country.”
They add further clarity in the comments and write: “We bought the shell of rollerhomes in Vermont and ended them themselves.” This means that many of the design features were of their own production. This company seems to produce several models of tiny houses in a number of sizes.
Since the real estate market is taking a range of a house for many, some people have turned to alternatives and tiny houses. While a tiny home may not be a lifestyle for everyone, it can live an affordable and environmentally friendly way.
Environment.co wrote about the advantages and disadvantages of this type of apartment and reported: “Many environmental representatives support tiny house life, as this contributes to reducing the negative effects of global warming, which leads to climate change.”
Life in a tiny home can also help reduce the energy supply calculations, as there is less space that has to be heated and cooled.
Redditors were impressed by the efforts of these tiny homeowners.
“Very nice, I particularly like the arched roof in the loft,” wrote one person.
Someone else asked: “How well is it in VT Winters?” To which the operation replied: “It stays warm. We built the skirt and used heat wires for the drains underneath. We added room heating below, and it was completely fine all winter.”
