“We will also add a community meeting with a barbecue station and fence the back yard to ensure privacy and provide residents with dogs,” he said.
Todd Garrett with Harbor Commercial Partners represented the previous owner, who in his statement wanted to get out of the landlord business.
“The seller has been a developer in the area for decades and has built apartment buildings in the past,” said Garrett. “He had previously sold others that he had owned, and that was the last.”
