'Nature of Light' 2025 exhibition seems light light light

The nature of light In the Paine Art Center and Gardens, on Friday, August 1, with a light load. This second presentation contains twice as many lights, more than a dozen new sculptures, the addition of lasers and two new environments that bring the immersive experience into a bold new dimension.

As a nightly exhibition, which will continue until October 26th, The nature of light is a collaboration between Paine, Artists Hybycozo and Lighting Design Firm Light switch. It has dozens of sculptures from Hybycozo and hundreds of lights and lasers, each of which is programmed individually to create a comprehensive, haunting experience that was specially adapted to the Paine Estate.

Despite the immense number of lights, many of the illuminated environments use even less power than a single light bulb.

The 2025 exhibition reveals fan favorite elements from the presentation in 2022 with a new brilliance, while introducing impressive additions that increase the sensory experience in the rich gardens and the historical architecture of the Paine des Paine.

Visual magic of the next level

The nature of light In 2025 there is not just a return of the same old exhibition from three years ago.

It is the visual magic of the next level.

At least half of the exhibition offers new, side sculptures by Hybycozo, a collaborative art collective that consists of Serge Beaulieu and Yelena Filipchuk, based in Los Angeles. The nature of light Features 26 “Moments” with the sculptures, 11 of which are new to the exhibition, while another seven from the first presentation in 2022 developed.

“Poetry in Motion”, from the perspective of the main gallery of the manor house, debut the audience for the first time and was specially created for the room. It is the first work of Hybycozo, which is 12 feet and colored by colored, transparent material. The sculpture fascinates with patterns and color, while the spectators turn it to see how the movement of light and shape affects the environment.

“Constellation” in the view in the Villa library was created for the personal collection of artists in 2023 and was only exhibited for another time in the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix.

“Night reflection” is an additional work outdoors, which was only displayed in Phoenix in another time. The sculpture can be seen in the formal garden and its design was inspired by cacti and minerals such as fluorite and pyrite. In the meantime, rotating sculptures, which were first exhibited at the Burning Man Festival, are celebrating their debut in Oshkosh, among the even more works that are among the 4 hectares.

A newly defined trip

Former participants will be happy to return a path from bizarre fairy lights at the beginning of the exhibition, which was a big draw in 2022. The environment has been reinforced with still rotating lasers, which give the path of the trees magical movement.

A little later, a new addition in the species of ceremonary in the Midwest Prärie -Gräser reminds you by dozens of light cuts with a user -defined LED pixel band, which carries out video content. Almost 150 illuminated mushrooms in another garden are inspired by the abundant, occurring bioluminescent fungi in the middle west – and were each printed in Chicago.

Laser approach the big lawn behind the villa and enchant the spectators to stop in their tracks for a performance in the sky, which calls for a fourth dimension. Among them, the manor house in blues, magenta and greens as the golden, geometric sculptures becomes all over the ground. Nearby actors from Cirque du Cham also dance the audience while they dance with light.

Hiking as a visitor through the property, hear original music by Rusanda Panfili and Johannes Winkler. The different musical traces cause different emotional reactions in every room and offer a unique sensory experience. Winkler, a film score composer, producer and multi -instrumentalist born in Germany, is based in Vienna, Austria. Panfili is a celebrated violinist who is known for her solo appearances and top-class cooperation with artists such as Hans Zimmer and Andrea Bocelli.

Towards the end of the tour, the Formal Garden offers a show that can be seen on the show that can be seen to Lake Winnebago, while water creates a soothing background from a nearby fountain. The spectators are happy to see how sunflowers and more flowers in the garden beds change the colors and, like even insects such as glittering stains, dance in the light.

Visitors are invited to linger with a view to the light show and enjoy food and drinks – a beer garden outdoors offers beer, pretzels, cookies and other drinks, while an upscale wine bar in the conservatory offers a place to the country with a glass in hand. A outdoor gift shop offers new articles and tailor-made T-shirts, while an additional gallery in the Mansion Hybycozo sculptures provides for sale.

Reservations are required for the exhibition, which is open daily from sunset until 10:30 p.m. to October 26th. Two types of reservations are available: main experience (only outdoors) and ultimate experience (inside and outside). The admission price varies depending on the reservation type, day and time.
