Design studio Hello Wood presents its latest creation in the form of the console house. It is located on the forested land of the village of Dunabogdany in Hungary. The mountain retreat is harmonious with nature that is surrounded by it and deliberately uses wood and other materials.
The console house rests on the hill and swims over the forest floor on narrow stilts. This ensures that the house has a minimal influence on the floor down to maintain the landscape. The hidden position of the house makes it a quiet viewpoint over the green area. The structure is fat and minimal, since the extensive and christening roof roots the general architectural identity of the house.
