“For the past few weeks, the most common call has most likely been water because we do a lot of water damage restoration. It could be from hot water tanks that are leaking or have exploded and as we move into the winter months, the colder months, pipes will freeze and you know people will need our services in the community,” Brooks said.

Brooks said he hopes to expand their offices to other locations in their service area to be able to answer calls more quickly.

“Our emergency coordinator, that's me, responds to fires, floods and natural disasters in the area. We want our team to be able to respond not only to the immediate needs, but also to the needs of the trucking companies and insurance companies, the community and involvement in community events,” Brooks said.
