October 2025 in Israeli technology funding: $608 million in 16 deals

Israeli startups raised over $608 million in 16 deals in October. No funding announcements were made in the first week of the month due to the Jewish holidays, but thanks to Deel's $300 million round, Israeli startups still managed to cross the $500 million mark again.

A majority of the deals – nine out of sixteen – were early-stage rounds, while larger growth rounds from Sensi.ai ($45 million), Hyro ($45 million), and Omnix Medical ($30 million) helped push the total to over $600 million.
