Opex® to present the latest progress in Warehouse Automation Solutions at the Promat trade fair in Chicago
The Opex® Corporation, a leading world's leading provider of the next generation, provides solutions for warehouse, document and email automation, will show the company's latest progress in the GOOR-to-Personal technology (G2P) and automated sorting systems at Promat, the most important global organization of the production and supply chain industry.
During the promot, which is planned for March 17 to 2025, Opex will celebrate 50 years of automation innovation at the McCormick Place of Chicago by operating solutions to rationalize operations, improving efficiency and increasing productivity for customers, warehouse and sales centers.
“We look forward to demonstrating the skills, strengths and solutions that have made us a leader in automation for 50 years,” said Alex Stevens, President, Warehouse Automation, Opex. “Our experts will be on site for consultations and continuous demonstrations of some of our most popular and effective solutions.”
On the promotion S631 Promat stand, Opex has the automated memory and call system for the automated memory and calling system (AS/RS) and Sure Sort® X with XTRACT ™, the high-speed automated sorting and order call solution of the company.
The infinity as/RS combines unprecedented memory density, configurability and flexibility and increases productivity, throughput and work use. The wireless IBOT® robot vehicles of the system can carry up to 90 pounds of payloads and have access to all existing and port stations that move freely under and in the entire system. In contrast to competitive systems, Infinity offers up to 35 percent more storage capacity with IBOT paths that are up to 65 percent more efficient.
The infinity system uses a unique interlocking system for storing dead dead depth, and the configurable rack design optimizes the storage space despite all existing obstructions such as columns or other devices.
Opex SAUT SORT® X with Opex XRACT ™ is the only fully customizable, integrated system on the marketplace with which several manual tasks, call up and packaging orders-were automated with a simple one-touch solution.
Sorting X is unsurpassed in its compact footprint, performance rates, cost effectiveness and adaptability in order to meet the specific requirements. It treats almost 100% of the customer -oriented items of up to £ 20 and sorts elements into a configurable series of mixed container sizes and types, whereby a throughput of up to 2,100 items per hour is retained.
Opex XRACT can be added to any secure sorting system by introducing calls in connection with the traditional sortation iBots, which are moved in a safe sorting X. Xtract iBots in a loop that has both horizontal and vertical segments in a safe variety X -AG and can process up to 200 extracted dead per hour. This highly innovative system is equipped with Xtract-Totes, with which items from the sorting location can be transported to any scooter, V-Chute, Transfer (RVT) module (RVT).
If these dead are used, according to all products, the XRACT -TOTES is deposited for a relevant order, and each bag is called up and transported to the RVT module, where the dead door opens and published the items in the final shipping box or in the order container. Xtract takes over complete orders of up to £ 30 and deals with options for several order fillings that include various E -commerce and market supply needs.
New at Promat this year Opex will contain its XTRACT set -Tote -E/A module. The new module extracts completed orders from the system and the bag is then brought to the starting module, where the system leaves the system and drives downstream in the warehouse. Empty deeds are reversed into the system via the input module.
Also on the opex stand, a representation of the company's Perfect Pick® AS/RS will be a fully configurable dense memory solution, the previously unused vertical storage space to offer more storage space for inventory. Like the infinity as/RS, Perfect Pick Opex iBots uses to find, access and deliver dead to a pick station, which increases throughput, reliability and effectiveness. While the entire system will not be on site, there is an inpatient exhibition.
Process participants can get additional insights into these solutions and more by planning individual lessons with opex experts. To request a demonstration, to arrange advice or to find further information, please visit Opex.com/promat.
In addition to the presence of Opex in the trade fair, John Sauer, Senior Director of Global Business Development, Warehouse Automation, Opex, will present a session with the title “The Future of Storage: Human Roboration Collaboration for Enhanced Productivity” on March 19, 12:45 p.m. to 1:35 p.m.
