Srinagar, March 3 (KNS): President of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Front (J&K PDF) and former Minister Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen, stated on Tuesday that a further discussion of the stakeholders was unnecessary for the restoration of the statehood of J&K.
In a statement published by the media, he said that the decisive mandate in the 2024 meeting elections were expressly due to a certain political party for the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir's constitutional guarantees, in particular the return of its statehood.
The high -ranking PDF chairman Hakeem Yaseen asked the governor Manoj Sinha, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and the Interior Minister Amit Shah to set a clear time frame for the restoration of statehood on J&K, and emphasized that every delay would be considered a conscious attempt to extend the current proxy administration.
He emphasized that Jammu and Kashmir were a flourishing state until 2019, but was wrongly downgraded and shared against the will of his people.
He appealed to the central leadership of respecting the mandate of 2024 and taking immediate measures to re -hire statehood instead of taking longer discussions with so -called stakeholders to delay the process.
PDF President Hakeem Yaseen further explained that since the Supreme Court, while he had categorically supported the recovery of statehood for the execution of assembly elections in J&K. There is no justification for further delays.
He recalled the center of his repeated obligations, which were carried out by both the Prime Minister and the Interior Minister on the return of statehood.
Hakeem also warned that an unnecessary delay in the process is regarded as a calculated step in order to continue the direct rule of the center in Jammu and Kashmir for political considerations. (KNS)
