The Rancho California Water District administration building needs roof replacement to address recent leaks. Rancho Water used this opportunity to develop additional modifications to the administration building, and the RCWD Board awarded an architectural services contract to Gillis + Panichapan Architects, Inc. for this work. The Board voted 6 on December 12, in the absence of William Plummer: 0 and awarded a $90,865 contract for Phase 1 of the Atrium Roof Replacement and Roof Repair Project. The work includes the infilling of the upper mezzanine and the rehabilitation of the atrium glazing, the entrance roof of the lobby and the adjacent balcony on the second floor, as well as the replacement of the roof.
