El Paso, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – The borderland was beaten by heavy winds and sandstorms, so that many residents have to do with damaged roofs and costly repairs.
Travis Moore, the director of Mountain Star Roofing Systems, emphasized the effects of the latest weather conditions on their houses.
“Winds can have significant damage to our roofs, especially if you are over 50 miles per hour, as we saw it [Tuesday]”, Said Moore.

Moore explained that the company usually receives calls when people notice rubble outside of their houses or shops.

Moore recommended that the residents let their roofs inspect their roofs at least once a year.
“If you keep pace, it should take between 20 and 50,” said Moore.
