Columbus, Ohio (Wsyx) – A Sunbury business is sued by the state for accusations of smoking customers.
The Attorney General of Ohio, Dave Yost, accuses Marioth Custom Construction and his owner Shawn Marioth on June 30th in the Franklin County Common Pleas Court, “consistently delayed” for five consumers who had paid the home improvement company, a combined company of $ 44,588.
Yost also submitted similar suits against companies in the Hamilton and Montgomery counties.
He said that the suits are looking for reimbursement “for those affected by the dishonest tactics” as well as civilian punishments and relief.
The case will later be assigned for a procedure this month according to court documents.
