Two new types of dining were added to the Victorian building. These include Nobu del Coronado with 156 seats, in which a sushi bar with eight seats and the 12-seat pagoda bar as well as the veranda restaurant are inspired, which is inspired by the hotel's original 1,800-foot veranda and shows in the Californian ingredients in the California ingredients.
The building's event rooms have received an update in a similar way, with the crown room, its Coronet Room and the Ocean Ballroom getting updated lighting and sound systems.
