The striker of Golden State Warriors, Jimmy Butler, was sued in Florida last week because he supposedly did not pay a rent of $ 260,000 and had left more than $ 127,000 in a luxury house that he had done in Miami Beach. Butler, who was played for the Miami Heat last month after the 11th circuit Court in Florida, was sued when the plaintiff had a payment of $ 257,282 and the right to keep the deposit of Butler in the amount of $ 130,000.

According to a copy of the lawsuit, which was obtained by Local 10 News, Five Star Marketing and Promotions, Butler would owe the double rent that would be $ 130,000 a month if he would leave the agreed term over the term without the landlord's written permission. In the lawsuit it was then stated that Butler left property in decay – the problems that are mold, damaged drywall and floors, a pool that had not been taken into account and a faulty HLK system, at the same time changed the locks and refused to access the owner for inspections.

Butler, who was traded on Golden State after a bitter saga, who followed a trade for a trade, did not comment publicly.
