Rainy House, a five-star event location for town house and events, has created 40 new hospitality jobs after completing a four-year restoration project of 7 million GBP.
The latest expansion is located in the historic Queen Queen district of Belfast and represents the third phase of the extensive regeneration program.
The restoration adds a 7,275 square meter FT to the existing footprint of the Boutique Townhouse and comprises four floors in two additional landmark grade II.
Eight new, elegantly appointed bedrooms, each of which vary stylishly, have been unveiled to expand the offer of the accommodation and to complement the six existing suites with a bedroom and two bedrooms in 11 and 12 upper crescent moon.
On the ground floor, a newly opened restaurant now serves a clear breakfast and offers guests a quiet area to start the morning.
The first floor is home to home The salon, An inviting bar and lounge that Further improves the selection of food and drinks in the Regency House. With rich interiors and picturesque views of the Crescent park, the residents can enjoy a delicious all-day menu together with a carefully curated beverage list.
A state-of-the-art fitness and wellness suite was also developed, which offers guests a really holistic experience. The Boutique Fitness studio with exposed brick and soft lighting has premium devices from brands such as Blk Box and Peloton, while a whirlpool, a sauna and a cold tune pool further strengthen the facilities to create a remote urban sanctuary.
