According to the Mayor's Mayor's press service, Mayor Gennadiy Truukhanov informed the owners of the apartments in the first entrance that they can return to their houses on Monday.

Work to stabilize the structure has already reached a phase in which the safety of the residents can be guaranteed. Over the weekend, the building is connected to all the necessary supply companies and construction waste is removed from the area.

According to the contractor, the stabilization work is expected to be completed at the end of June. The occupancy of the second entrance should begin in early July, with the exception of the apartments that were in the epicenter of the explosion. A separate reconstruction project will be developed for you after the building has been stabilized.

The owners of the destroyed apartments can receive rent from the district administration of Kyiv rent until they return to their restored apartments.

At the end of May, a high -rise in Prince Yaroslav the Wise Avenue in Odesa (formerly Akademik Glushko Avenue), which was damaged by a Russian drone on the night of May 1, 2025, officially declared an emergency.

The damage included skyscrapers, private houses, a supermarket, a school and cars. Fires broke out in some places. The school suffered minor damage, four windows smashed.

The Ukaliznytsia press service reported that a railway worker was killed in his house during the attack in Odesa and that one of the railway sections was damaged: track, a contact net and three freight cars were damaged.

The Odesa Regional Public Prosecutor's office has initiated an investigation of war crime in the night attack in Russia on Odesa. The drone attack killed two people.
