Lexington, Ky (ABC36 News now) – Thousands of vehicles were recalled due to problems with heating and cooling systems.
More than 90,000 models Toyota, Lexus and Subaru are affected by the recall, which includes incorrect HLK systems. The vehicles concerned include models 2023 to 2025 Toyota BZ4X, Lexus RZ and Subaru Loolterra.
Officials say that the HLK systems can fail, which causes the thawing or defogger to malfunctions.
The owners can bring their vehicles to a dealer for free software update.
