What's happening this weekend: Christmas lights and live music! | V103

The weather may be chilly, but there's plenty to do this long holiday weekend…here's what's happening:

Winter Lights of Pullman is today from 2 to 5 p.m. Bring the whole family to a free celebration at Pullman National Historical Park, 610 E. 111th Street. Enjoy holiday music, holiday games, crafts, seasonal snacks and the first holiday lighting of the historic Pullman factory site, which will be illuminated at 4:45 p.m. and will light every evening through January 4th.

Light up the Lake at Navy Pier is open now through January 5th. This free winter experience includes outdoor light displays, ice skating, ax throwing, visits with Santa, a craft market and cozy fire pits to make s'mores. This year also features Christmas drone shows, a two-story ice slide and a high-flying wave swinger ride. You can also climb Navy Pier's 200-foot-long Centennial Wheel – all gondolas are fully enclosed and heated!

& Get your tickets for these concerts next week:

Robert Glasper will be at City Winery Chicago from Monday, December 2nd through Friday, December 6th. The shows sell out quickly.

Friday, December 6th, Mavis Staples is at the Auditorium Theater

Whatever you choose, have fun and NEVER let me tell you there's nothing to do!
